Refunds
Once we confirm your refund, the money goes back automatically to the payment method you used, within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it to your account.

If more than 15 business days have gone by since we confirmed your refund and you still haven’t seen it, contact us at support@trynaya.com.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a tube arrives broken or leaking, if its seal or packaging has been opened or damaged, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@trynaya.com, with your order number and photos of the item, so we can look into it and put it right.

Would rather have a different bundle? Email us at support@trynaya.com and our team will arrange it for you.
